Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CourtSense mobile application (the "App") operated by CourtSense ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CourtSense is a basketball playbook and coaching platform that provides:
New users receive a complimentary 72-hour trial with full access to all Ultra Sense features. This app-level trial is separate from any Apple-managed free trial offers on individual subscription products.
After the trial period, continued access requires a subscription:
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. CourtSense does not process refunds directly.
You retain ownership of all plays, scouting reports, and other content you create using the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share within the App.
The App, including its design, features, professional play library, and all related intellectual property, is owned by CourtSense and protected by copyright and other laws.
The curated professional plays in the Playbook library are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display these plays outside the App without written permission.

The App includes screen recording detection and screenshot alerts to protect proprietary content. Watermarks may be applied automatically when screen recording is detected.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All user data is stored locally on your device. We collect usage analytics (play views, quiz scores, session data) on-device for app functionality and to improve your coaching experience. No personal data is transmitted to external servers.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings menu using "One-Tap Wipe" or "Delete Account." This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COURTSENSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
